The Traka training plan
This training plan is for the amazing event of The Traka 360 and the adventure (560k).
Is a very exigent gravel race, so this plan is for prepare you to accomplish your goal to finish it or be more prepared and smash your time!
You’ll find interval sessions to improve your Vo2-max and your FTP. But also sessions that will improve your climbing speed and climbing endurance.
In this plan you will work on your strength on and off the bike, 3-4 weeks of loading and 1 week of rest. You will have acces to a whatsapp group to meet more people who is doing the event and ask me questions that you may have of the plan.
This is not a flexible plan where I will be adapting to your schedule, but you can ask me and I’ll try to be the most helpful :)
You can also add video calls, for an additional cost, to get more help or more feedback on the way.
